We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@coffeecollective.me. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a series of email notifications set up to update you on the status of your order every step of the way!

You will receive emails to confirm your order, when it is being processed, when it has shipped, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered.

Didn't receive your emails? We can help with that! But in the meantime, be sure to check your spam folder too.

Please Note: All of our coffee is roasted to order Monday through Friday and we are currently working on a 1-4 business day lead time.

FedEx is facing extraordinarily high demand, so some customers may experience delays.
